The Jones Boys needs a new member. Currently our set comprises traditional songs and tunes from Ireland, England, Scotland, Shetland, but we are also seeking to expand into other European traditions, and also early music.

We are based in Kent, so realistically we need someone from Kent or an adjoining county/London.

We are continuing as a duo for the time being, until we find the right person. That person must be able to:

Play at least one melody instrument, e.g. fiddle, mandolin - no box!
Play another instrument, melody or accompaniment - no guitar!
Drive.
Rehearse at least once a week.
Plug in.

The ability to read music would be an advantage but is not essential.
