“We are “The Mojo Blues Band”,a new band of experienced players, who now have a vacancy for a singer, male or female, age no barrier.It would also be very useful if you are also able to play rhythm/2nd guitar or keyboards.We rehearse regularly in the Portsmouth area and aim to gig around Portsmouth, Southampton and Chichester soon.
We need a reliable,experienced singer who can contribute musically to the band and enjoys the Blues.and vintage R’n&B.
Our set,so far,has songs by Stevie Ray Vaughan,Robert Cray, Muddy Waters ,Howlin’Wolf,Dr Feelgood,Eric Clapton,Junior Wells,Little Walter, plus the 3 Kings!,it is Blues, but upbeat, good time music.!
